All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SelenaCrafts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery window of 7–15 business days, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
