At SelenaCrafts, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed with your little one’s comfort and protection in mind. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, accidental purchases, shipping delays caused by carriers, or personal preference after receiving the item. Please ensure you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@selenacrafts.com. Your email must include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue. If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, failed delivery attempts, or parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us, additional reshipping fees may apply.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as processing begins immediately.

Our products are designed to help cushion minor falls during supervised play. They are not medical or certified safety devices and do not guarantee prevention of injury. Adult supervision is required at all times.
